4. Orders and Contact Formation

A contract is concluded when:

- a deposit invoice is paid

5. Payment Terms

- payments are made via bank transfer

- invoice due date is typically 7–14 days

- services may be suspended in case of late payment

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

- provide necessary materials and information

- cooperate during the project implementation

- pay agreed fees on time

The client is responsible for all content they provide.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, designs, and content created by AlphaWebCraft are protected by copyright law.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

AlphaWebCraft is not responsible for:

- downtime of third-party services

- damages caused by improper use of services

- loss of profit or business opportunities

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Refund and Cancellation Policy

- once work on a service has started, refunds are not available

- consultation services are non-refundable

- custom projects are non-refundable

11. Final Provisions

- disputes shall be resolved by agreement or by courts of the Slovak Republic
